AI THAT PAYS FOR ITSELF.
Most boutique hotels don't need a technology overhaul. They need three or four well-chosen tools that answer guests at midnight, fill rooms at better rates, and hand the owner their evenings back. We find those tools, prove the return, and skip everything else.
We sell no software and take no referral fees from vendors. Our only client is you.
The highest-return AI at a boutique hotel is the employee you can't afford to hire: the front desk that never sleeps, the review that answers itself, the invoice pile that clears overnight.
Don't buy hype.
Buy margin.
The hotel tech market is flooded with tools promising “AI transformation.” Most of them solve problems you don't have, at prices built for hotels ten times your size. A chatbot that frustrates guests is worse than no chatbot at all.
So every recommendation passes one filter: does it measurably grow revenue, cut a real cost, or give you back hours every week? If we can't show the math, it doesn't make the list.
The employee you can't afford to hire.
A boutique hotel runs on a handful of people wearing every hat. The highest-return AI for a property your size isn't exotic — it's the work you can't staff.
The Front Desk That Never Sleeps
Guest messaging that answers booking questions, requests, and late-night inquiries instantly — by text, web chat, or WhatsApp. Small hotels lose direct bookings every night because nobody's there to answer. This is the fix, at a fraction of a night auditor's wage.
Direct Bookings, Not Commissions
Website chat and booking assistance that converts lookers into direct reservations — the ones where you keep the 15–25% that would have gone to the booking sites.
Your Reputation, Managed
Every review answered promptly and in your voice, across every platform. Response rate and speed measurably influence where you rank — and ranking is revenue.
The Back Office, Off Your Plate
Invoice processing, email triage, booking-site reconciliation, reporting prep. The administrative hours that keep owners at a desk past midnight are the easiest hours to automate.
When you're ready to go further.
Once the foundations pay for themselves, the next tier compounds them.
Smarter Pricing
Revenue management tools sized for independent hotels — rates that adjust to demand, local events, and competitor moves automatically. Priced for 20 rooms, not 400.
Scheduling That Matches the Forecast
For properties with larger teams: staffing matched to forecasted occupancy, so you're neither overstaffed on a quiet Tuesday nor scrambling on a sold-out weekend.
Buildings That Mind Themselves
Smart thermostats that ease back empty rooms and monitoring that flags equipment problems before a guest does. Energy is one of your largest controllable costs; the payback math is usually straightforward.
The AI Readiness Assessment — and a first win inside 90 days
A fixed-fee engagement that answers: where would AI actually pay at your property? We review your systems and data, your team's capacity, and your biggest time and margin leaks — then hand you a ranked shortlist with the expected return on each, and implement the top pick as a 90-day pilot with the results tracked in dollars.

The 12-Month Rollout
For larger properties, multi-property owners, or anyone who wants the full program, the assessment extends into a structured 12-month rollout.
Assess
Data and systems review; confirm what your property management system can connect to.
Prioritize
Rank every opportunity by payoff versus effort. Easiest meaningful wins first.
Pilot
Run each tool for 90 days alongside your current process before you depend on it.
Scale
Train the team, retire the old process, and track the return on a simple dashboard.
One more reason this matters: buyers pay a multiple of your trailing-12 earnings. Margin you add with these tools doesn't just help this year — it's multiplied at the closing table. An AI project 18 months before a sale is exit preparation.

Asked by nearly every owner.
Do you sell or resell any of these tools?
No. We hold no reseller agreements and take no referral fees. Recommendations are ranked by your return, not our commission — which is rarer in hotel tech consulting than it should be.
We're a small, older property. Is this realistic for us?
The first tier — guest messaging, review management, back-office automation — needs no new hardware and works with almost any property management system. It's specifically the small-property tier.
Will this replace my staff?
No — at a boutique property there's no spare staff to replace. It absorbs the work nobody's there to do: the midnight inquiry, the unanswered review, the invoice pile. Your people get more guest time, not less work security.
What does a typical tool cost to run?
Most first-tier tools run tens to a few hundred dollars a month. The assessment prices each recommendation before you commit, and we won't recommend anything whose projected return doesn't clearly beat its cost.
How fast does it pay back?
It depends on the tool and the property — which is why every recommendation comes with its own payback estimate, and every pilot is measured in dollars over 90 days. If the pilot doesn't pay, you stop.
What if we already bought tools that aren't working?
Common, and usually fixable — most "failed" hotel tech was mis-configured or mis-chosen, not useless. The assessment includes a look at what you already own before recommending anything new.
See the math first.
